Everyone’s very nice here and the restaurant food is amazing. The service is good and they have very kind staff. The bedrooms were good sizes with a smart tv as well has a good hair dryer, desk and a good size long mirror near the door. And the bathroom looks like your on holiday so I love it. Definitely recommend and would come back.
So I got married here and it was honestly such a beautiful day, I couldn’t have asked for better team to organise my wedding day, so helpful from day one. The only thing was the rooms are rather small but to me it was my little fairytale wedding!
The rooms are a bit tired but the staff are amazingly helpful and professional. And the Italian restaurant is not bad either
A very welcoming and comfortable hotel. Although a very old building, it is wonderful to see signs of constant renovations and improvements. Especially the bathroom and wc in the hotel lobby. The room was very spacious and the most comfortable hotel bed ever! Antonio, the dinner maître d'/waiter/chef is fabulous. The pasta is definitely a reason to go back for. Breakfast was super yummy. I couldn't decide between poached or fried eggs so the chef prepared 1 of each. How delightful. Plus, just for a change, there were more baked beans than sauce which is unheard of these days. Last but not least, there is plenty of parking which is at no charge! Thank you very much for exceeding all expectations.
Had a fantastic stay at Casa Hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the whole place had a relaxed but upscale vibe. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Great location, excellent service, and overall a really enjoyable experience. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Excellent spot for a staff Christmas party. Plenty of space and large round tables in the ball rooms. Food was fairly tasty. Around 8/10
This place is full of character. An old building but all is clean, tidy and exactly what you expect for what you pay. The staff are great and in particular Tony in the restaurant is a real character, he goes hand in hand with this place and can make your evening.
It's a bit of a mixed bag, but overall I really liked it. The staff are friendly and courteous. The cooked breakfast is fantastic. The rooms have tons of character, but they are looking a little bit tired, but they are always clean and tidy. I have stayed a few times and liked it
